All our sessions are online via video call. This gives you flexibility, no commute time, and access to our best tutors regardless of your location. Students can learn from the comfort of their own home with all materials shared on screen.
Senior tutors are our founders—a PGCE-qualified teacher with 6 years experience and a school governor who builds AI learning tools. Top student tutors are high-achieving students from Russell Group universities, all of whom have chosen to train in the Tugo Method. Both deliver excellent results; senior tutors offer more experience, while top student tutors offer recent exam knowledge at a lower price point.
We tutor students aged 9-18, covering Year 5 through to A-Level. Our subjects include Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and English. We're familiar with all major exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, etc.).
During your free consultation call, we'll understand your child's goals and schedule and share profiles of tutors who can teach your required subjects and fit your time slots for you to choose from. If for any reason it's not working, just let us know and we'll help you find someone better suited.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your tutor match, let us know and we'll find a better fit. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee for your first session—if it doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.
We provide regular progress updates and can share detailed reports on request. You'll see improvement in confidence and grades within the first few weeks.
We ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged. There's no long-term commitment—you book and pay for sessions as you go.
Most tutoring platforms tell you how much experience a tutor has, but nothing about their knowledge in cognitive science.
